How we measure availability
A separate Cloudflare Worker checks the public homepage and the API health endpoint every five minutes. The API health check includes database access. Each scheduled interval contributes at most one check per service. No customer requests or credits are used.
Uptime is successful checks divided by recorded checks over the last 30 days. Before a full month of history exists, it covers only the recorded period. Missing checks are excluded from uptime and reduce coverage. Checks older than 11 minutes make current status unknown. Short interruptions between checks may not be detected.
The 90-day bars show recorded results, not a guarantee of continuous availability. Gray days have no data. Response time is the average of successful checks in the last 24 hours. Times are UTC.
These checks cover website and API availability. They do not test sign-in delivery, live inference, payments, or every customer workflow. The monitor runs on Cloudflare with separate storage; a Cloudflare-wide outage can also affect this page. Automated failure history is not a manually verified incident report.
